Bay for Breath Crossing 2020

Participants will be SUP and prone paddling the 28 miles across the Monterey Bay to raise funds and awareness for The Living Breath Foundation and support individuals living with Cystic Fibrosis. What began as a small idea among friends to paddle across the Monterey Bay as a 50th birthday celebration for Rocky Snyder and Sabine Dukes. Both Rocky and Sabine had a personal connection to the foundation and CF, so it was decided to turn the birthday celebration into a fundraiser. The event was so successful the participants ended up raising $20,000 for LBF programs.  In 2018 sixteen  paddler made the crossing and raised $50,000, in 2019 -18 paddler crossed the bay raising $63,000.
