The Living Breath Foundation Academic Scholarship program is open to individuals with Cystic Fibrosis who are graduating from high school or continuing their higher education at a two-year, four-year, or trade school and are current residents of California or Arizona.

 

Award Details: Grants range from $1000 to $5000 and are made directly to the recipient.  Academic Scholarships may be used for any of the following: tuition, books, any extra expenses which are directly correlated to attending school while having Cystic Fibrosis.  These extra expenses can include but are not limited to: acquiring a private dorm room or student housing, acquiring housing with running water and/or private restrooms, food expenses, and parking.

 

Application Deadline and Award Dates:  Applications must be postmarked by May 1st,   Notifications of award status will be mailed no later than June 1st.
